Hi everyone,
I can't find a translation for this term anywhere. The context is as follows:
"Assicurare un efficace indirizzo / presidio manageriale, tramite una efficace ed efficiente organizzazione della rete di vendita, formata da area manager diretti e agenti di zona indiretti"
This is under a list of duties that the sales manager has to carry out.
The only thing I've found so far is "audit manager" but that doesn't seem to fit.
Any ideas? Thanks!

why not say something like "to ensure an efficient supervision/management..."
or...supervision from the Management or the Management team.
or...supervision from the Management or the Management team.

I would just say "provide effective management" for "assicurare un efficace indirizzo/presidio manageriale".

I 'd also leave out "efficace ed efficiente" in the bit after the comma to avoid some horrible repetition.
