Law: Contract(s)
Hello everyone,
I am trying to translate this phrase into English, but I'm facing some problems as it is not a standard contract. Basically it's for a franchising, but some of the clauses are different. "Partnership esclusiva" is meant in the sense that whoever opens a shop with their products, will only sell the company products and no other brand. "Contratto commerciale" I think it's "trade agreement", but combined I can't figure it out...My legal dictionary suggests also "exclusive dealing" as "contratto di esclusiva", but also in this case I am not sure it's the same thing...Anyone can help?
Thanks!

i.e. the 'commerciale' is implied and superfluous - an exclusive partnership agreement is bound to be 'commerciale'

mono-brand store franchise partner agreement
These are known as mono-brand or franchise store. I don't likepartnership as this implies, something like an LLP, while the relationship here is different between the parties. My suggestion is a bit long-winded but I think it explains what this agreement really is.
