In a Distributorship Contract, section pertaining to Information Obligations and communication between the parties. "In caso di mancata comunicazione o di mutamenti sopra richiamati non autorizzati, XXXX potra' dichiarare unilateralmente decatuda la validita' del presente contratto".
I know it means, literally, "declare that the validity of this contract is unilaterally forfeited" but I'm sure it can be said in a better way!
