by this i mean the main trends emerging from the findings in the most recent cases. not a whole lot of google hits, but then neither has the original question. my answer seems, to me at least, to comply with the content of various sentences on google in which the original term appears.

: Your note noted - but with respect, the suggested answer refers to one specific, and the latest, decision. Here I think we're dealing with a 'trend', which comprises a series of decisions, possibly over a lengthy period of time - often many years.

se vuoi usare il termine esatto, sarebbe jurisprudence, ma in ogni caso significa proprio "case law"
il modo nel quale le corti hanno deciso di interpretare ed applicare (e rendere nel loro giudizio) le leggi nella maggior parte delle cause presentate storicamente.
Nota che a volte le sentenze sono basate su casi precedenti, e quindi c'e' proprio una "trend" nel senso che i giudizi resi ultimamente non sono necessariamente in linea con il modo di pensare che si applicava anni fa'
