(Kilobit per secondo). So che si dice mcr. (O solo in Canada?). Per cosa sta mcr? E come si dice invece KB/s, cioè kilobyte per secondo?

mcr = minimum cell rate
This was more than one question. The answer to "Per cosa sta mcr?" is probably minimum cell rate: see the ref.
kb/s is kilobits per second
kB/s is kilobytes per second
These are sometimes confused as many people don't know when to use upper case and when lower case in unit symbols. Lower-case b for bit, upper-case B for byte because a Byte is bigger than a Bit. Lower-case k for kilo because there isn't a smaller multiple that also begins with "k" (in contrast to "m" for milli- and "M" for mega-).
