Italian term

DG/RGQ

Italian to English Science Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng Acronyms
There's not much context. This is from the cover page of a report on Quality Management for a laboratory procedure. APPROVATO: DG/RGQ (and the DG/RGQ comes under the heading of "Funzione," which I imagine is the job title of the person). Even if anyone knows what the acronym stands for in Italian that would be really helpful. I haven't been able to find much, although I suspect that the DG might stand for "dirigente" and the RGQ probably stands for "garanzia di qualità" but th R? Possibly "regista"? Thanks in advance for any insights.
