Now, you can also say first-class honours (hons) degree

"lode" is a distinction.

As for 30 e lode, in the UK marks are based on a percentage: 70 (%), 83, 95...

That's why I would simply say: 30/30, possibly 30/30 (Hons)

disagree Lara Barnett : In UK Honours degree is not the same as distinction, which is a final grade. You must be more specific.
