Zone Scoperte can mean many things in Italian and the play on the word scoperto (discovered, uncovered, unchartered and more) is probably best not translated unless you have an explanation from the person who entitled it thus.
My personal choice of translation refers to the discovery of new art, artists, creativity as well as having a geographical sound to it as the exhibition is to commemorate Italian Unification

I wonder if there's some wordplay here. I think "scoperte" may mean "discovered" or "revealed", and I'm not sure if it's anything to do with rooms in the palace as you suggest. But I may be wrong.
