budgeted (planned) vs consuntivo (confirmed/actual) turnover/sales...ecc
budgeted in this context means =planned, forecast, estimated in advance
consuntivo= actual, confitrmed, certified etc...
CONS could also stand for consolidato but you should be able to confirm this is there is further extended text in your source file

BDG (company financial statments) vs CONSOLIDATED
There are at least 2 Italian companies called BDG. Could this mean the company's own financial statements compared to the consolidated ones?
