I don't understand the meaning of "improprio" here. The terms appears in the notes to the accounts of a group of companies. The sentence is:"La posta è relativa per 325.000 euro al saldo passivo dei CONTI CORRENTI IMPROPRI detenuti dalla Società, regolati a tassi di mercato. Su tali CONTI CORRENTI IMPROPRI la Società provvede alla regolazione di tutte le operazioni di pagamento."
