The following may shed light on these terms:
1. The Company may issue share certificates.
2. If share certificates are issued, one share certificate shall be for one share.
3. Collective share certificates may be issued as evidence of ownership of 2 (two) or more shares
by a shareholder.
4. The certificate shall at least bear:
(a) The name and address of the shareholder;
(b) The number of the share certificate;
(c) The date of issue of the share certificate;
(d) The par value of the share;
(e) Identification marks which shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
5. The collective share certificate shall at least bear:
(a) The name and address of the shareholder;
(b) The number of the share certificate;
(c) The date of issue of the share certificate;
(d) The par value of the share;
(e) The number of shares;
(f) Identification marks which shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
