anti-tuberculosis therapy
ATT is the well-known abbreviation of of anti-tuberculosis therapy (anti-TB therapy). This is 100% sure. It also suits in this discharge report, since Jav: means Javasolt: meaning Indications:...
But! the reason I gave a medium level of confidence was because only the author (that one and only physician who wrote it) of the discharge report will be 100% sure what he/she meant under ATT in this specific discharge report. So anti-tuberculosis therapy is a tip but the asker should ask the author of the discharge report.

According to previous question above, my confidence level that "ATT th." means "anti-tuberculosis therapy" has changed to high.
