A 'hedge' önmagában azt jelenti, hogy 'vmely ügylet lefedezése'. Ezért nem fordítom a 'bevonás' szót. Amennyiben árutőzsdés szöveg, az 'exchange' is adja magát, így elégnek találom a "hedging with commodities" kifejezést.

Ha nem árutőzsdés, akkor az "employment of physical commodities as collateral" kifejezést ajánlom, ha úgy értik, hogy az áru szolgál majd fedezetül.

Ha még ez sem jó, akkor a Te "use of collateral with exchange of commodities" kifejezéseden tudnék csak finomítani úgy, hogy "employment/application of collateral combined with exchange of commodities." Esetleg a 'cover' vagy 'coverage' jöhet még szóba a 'collateral' helyett.
