This refers to the replacement of water pipes by means of pipe bursting that involves a minimal amount of digging. If the water supply has to be maintained durin the work then they need these "repülővezetékek". Any ideas?

Sajnos, ez egy elég rossz szakmai zsargon. Ez a vezeték az, amelyet az egyik végétől a másikig a földre dobnak és otthagynak. A repüléshez nincs köze.

With the assumption that this means conduits that are not buried undeground (correct Hungarian would be szabadvezeték or légvezeték, in the case of railways felső munkavezeték)
