Max, я понял наоборот - если человек забрал свои вещи, то тем самым дал понять, что отказывается от жилища.
Спасибо, пока ясно одно - если человек покидает квартиру, он заюирает вещи. Будем из этого исходить... :) |
Ну или так...одно от другого зависит, это точно...речь же идёт о налогообложении в этом случае, так что порядок в данном тексте особой роли не играет. |

Следовательно:

Ganz Schlaue melden sich dann in D einfach ab, wohnen aber weiterhin vorwiegend in D - deswegen wurde diese Hürde aufgebaut, dass bei Abmeldung auch _wirklich_ die Wohnung aufgelöst werden muss. Diese Regelung gilt auch für Wohnungseigentümer oder Leute, die noch bei den Eltern wohnen und deswegen keinen Mietvertrag haben.
"Wohnsitz aufgeben" ist dagegen eher verwaltungstechnisch - die Wohnung offziell abmelden beim Einwohnermeldeamt
"oder nicht nur vorübergehend nicht mehr benutzt wird und zwar weder für Angehörige noch für den Steuerpflichtigen selbst." - это предложение до конца...
