wine tourism
I just want to check that I am getting the right idea - the creation of structured wine tourism will have an impact on the entire region and not just the wine producers, but this should not prevent them from taking the initiative (because, as they say earlier, hotels, restaurants etc will also benefit)?

however, I'm more concerned about your thumbnail sketch of what the text means unless you've simply telescoped it beyond recognition
What it means is that developing a whole tourist concept for the region based on wine tourism cannot be a task for (or be left to) the wine growers alone, although that should not rle our the possibiity of initiatives on their part
