A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Where can I buy duty free products at Paris airport terminals?
In our airports, each terminal is split into two separate areas:
- A public access area open to all travelers and their parties,
- A bonded area located after the Security Checks (Customs and Immigration, Airport Security) open only to travelers with an outbound ticket.
In French:
Dans chaque terminal, les espaces de shopping sont déployés sur deux zones physiques distinctes :
- la zone publique,
- la zone sous douane où, dans certains cas et sous certaines conditions, les passagers peuvent acquérir des produits en duty-free (exonérés des taxes et droits spécifiques).
