In a list of dimensions for a mannequin/dummy used for chemical exposure experiments,
I realize this has something to do with the height of the mannequin, but beyond that my research has been fruitless.

: with Sue - exact height. Harraps Shoter gives "to have one's height measured" for "se mettre sous la toise". If I "get your drift" about your 1st thought, that would be "inside leg" measurement, surely? ;-)

The height of the mannequin in cause is evaluated according to/in accordance with this height measure.
