I suppose that "land pressure" is the idea here, not "real estate development pressure", which is a form of "land pressure".

land use pressure

Selon le contexte. Ainsi, on ne préjuge pas de l'utilisation finale de la parcelle : habitat, agriculture, etc.
Cela reste donc plus général que "real estate + qqch"
