French term

acte de nantissement de créances

French to English Law/Patents Real Estate Mortgage loan agreement
This is in a list of terms to be used in a mortage loan agreement and that I have to translate for several translators. Can anyone suggest a perfect translation? Many thanks

mortgage loan guarantee

nantissement in this sense would fit guarantee. Créances = credits as in creditors - that is my logic, and since this is a mortgage loan agreement, then mortgage loan guarantee seems right.

Seems right to me too - thanks
