Heating/Airconditioning
"Qualipac est une ***appellation de confiance*** créée par l’AFPAC en 2007 avec le soutien de l’ADEME et d’EDF."
This refers to a type of quality label granted to qualified heating engineers etc. The term appears to be specific to this industry, and I can't find any equivalent in English.
I'm tempted to steal a term from another field and use "designation of confidence", but this could be misleading.
Any ideas please ?

Comment: "Thank you John, and the other contributors: difficult to choose between your two suggestions, but in this case I'm going for "Hallmark of confidence", because it specifically expresses the idea of customer confidence in the engineer who has obtained it. "

mark/symbol of trust
This covers perhaps the reliability of the engineers?
5 hrs
trusted designation
The designee has little interest in calling it a trade or service mark because if it is, it will belong to the entity that accords the designation.
