French term

d'allure séquellaire

French to English Medical Medical (general)
Le cliché radiologique de face réalisé ce jour montre essentiellement une ascension de la coupole diaphragmatique droite d'allure séquellaire.

The frontal chest x-ray performed today mainly shows elevation of the right hemidiaphragm

I am struggling to find a neat way of expressing "d'allure séquellaire" here.

I know that the patient has had previous surgery in the right apical region and the text talks about "antécedents chirurgicaux à droite", so I am thinking something like "from previous surgery" would work. I'm not sure though...
