Never seen BEAB in FR in relation to lungs, however I've often seen EAB which stands for 'embolisation artérielle bronchique'; the addition 'B' may be 'Bilétaral' (on both sides=bilateral)

I'm suggesting this as it is commonly seen in EN reports, but can't make the link between the abbreviation and the EN term... perhaps it will serve as a useful departure point for you, though.
