Context:
"On sait que cette hypotension artérielle est néfaste pour la maman et va créer des nausées et vomissements postopératoires et peropératoires.
Nous, nous les prévenons en remontant l’hémodynamique, et on a constaté qu’une patiente sur deux qui vomissait alors qu’elle avait une **hypotension artérielle patente**, ne vomissait plus quand on traitait la tension artérielle."
It's the "patente" that has me stumped.
Context:
