by connecting two three-panel sheets

It seems to me that to use the word "triptych" to describe the assembly of a dessert container is overkill. Grand Dictionnaire does not include an entry under "Packaging", but does under commercial: "Panneau publicitaire qui est constitué de trois volets articulés". Here, I think a simple description is called for in English. Also, I think the statement "montage simple par agencement de deux triptyques" reads better in English as "easily assembled by connecting two three-fold sheets".

neutral Emma Paulay : Yes, that's true, except that I think they might mean inserting one inside the other so connecting may not be appropriate.
