This text is from a flooring company's brochure. The flooring in question is a strip-type, usually wood-effect flooring, similar to laminate etc.
I'm having trouble putting the middle part of the above sentence (from "par ses dimensions" to "l'élégance") into natural-sounding English.
Any help much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure this is what it's saying albeit in a awkward sort of way.
As you can see it's reworked a lot. So what do you think?

Look at "par" in the dictionary and see what it says for "de par". I get it as through-out and all over, resulting in my overall. If it was "par ses dimensions" what's the "de" doing?

combines distinction and perfect proportions, the elegance of which could easily be mistaken for...
...an original period feature
