This is connected to a question I just asked. I was told that cru and cuit mean green and fired, respectively.
This document discusses ceramic capacitors in the context of improving signal/noise ratios. When contrasted with "fired", what does à sec mean here?

If cuit is fired and cru is green (still containing a lot of water), then I can only guess that sec is dry (sun/air-dried, as opposed to dried and baked in a kiln).

An alternative to air drying is radiation drying in which microwave or infrared radiation is used to enhance drying.

However, nothing suggests that components are in an operational state after drying alone.
Of course if they are discussing the points in the manufacturing process at which defects are formed, become visible, or can be detected, this may be relevant.
