PTFE/Teflon coating

This is little more than a guess (without further research), but it rings a distant bell. Teflon coating would be used for eg non-stick utensils or to provide any other low-friction surface. The "fluo" comes from "poly tetra fluoro ethylene".

Possibly one of these (page 8): http://www.otson.com/Manual Liquid Electrostatic Spray Gun_O... Repoussage appears to be "spinning", so it's possible the PTFE is sprayed on after the piece has been formed, but I'm still not sure that's what it means.
