: Doesn't make any sense to me I'm afraid. The obvious translation would be "cruising products" but again this is meaningless.

readily available products
croisières means cruising, which in other words long lasting, which in this context means always available or continuously/readily available. There will be no shortage of this product at any time. It is used figuratively in this context.
Discussion
in other words products that are not new, not in the teething stages but regular money spinners, I hesitate to say "cash cows". Good stalwarts
