it means "use" (which is also vague, granted) is pretty reckless, IMVHO. 98% sure this is an in-house term - just ask 'em :-)

I'm with David G - I'd be inclined to ask "mise....<what>". Yup, the product stock would seem to be ready for something, but what? "Mise" is clearly short for something, & as an individual word has such a vast array of meanings that even guessing...

I think ready-to-use does it - also used in the context of finished product. Simple as that - opening cans of worms etc.!

Really think you need to get back to the author on this one, Conor. The abbreviated nature of the expression and the lack of context allow for nothing more than educated guesswork.

"Stock produit pr�t mise" in the text seems to be opposed to "Stock produit fini".

Supply the missing prepositions. This seems to mean "(quantité de) stock du produit pret a la mise (en place)". Depending on whether it is carpets, or whatever, the mise could mean different things.
