Who is "Jane Smith" and what does she do here ? A party to the case, a plaintiff, a lawyer, a judge. Identifying what part she plays here would be of some help to make sense of "filière", don't you think ?

Affaire? Are there signs that this document has been scanned and converted to text? It looks like an OCR error to me
