French term

à l’acte

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Sale contract
Monsieur xxx à l’acte.

This appears under section entitled "Presence-Representation" where the parties of the contract are named. No other context seems relevant, but I can provide more info if needed.

Thank you!
Mina

More context would probably help You indiate this is contract law. Could you indicate what is being sold?
Is you extract part of a sentence in a paragraph, or does it just appear alone on a line in the way you have presented it here? I realize it is in a section as you explain, but it would probably help to see how it fits into even that restricted context. ;-)

Speculatively shorthand for: intervenant à l’acte.
