French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) trade mark assignment agreement

I'm in quite a jumble with this sentence below. Any help to make sense of it or give some advice regarding my suggestions so far would be very much appreciated. Here is the full clause:

"Si, consécutivement aux insertions légales - il survient, sur le prix de la présente, des oppositions ou si l'état requis au Greffe du Tribunal dont dépend la Cédante révélait l'existence d'inscription de vendeurs ou de créanciers nantis, cette dernière serait tenue d'en rapporter - à ses frais - la mainlevée et le certificat dans le mois de la dénonciation amiable qui lui en sera faite, au domicile ci-après élu."

What I have so far:
"If, subsequent to the legal formalities, objections are raised with regard to the price of the assignment, or if the required statement to the Court Registry responsible for the Assignor were to reveal the existence of registered sellers or secured creditors, the latter would be obliged to report, at his own expense, [la mainlevée] and [le certificat] in the month of the amiable denunciation made against him in this regard, to the domicile elected hereinafter."
