French term

aux conditions habitue droit

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) property lease
(Unfortunately i think there is text missing from this paragraph, but it literally reads:)

I've had a quick search for the particular law mentioned, but drew a blank. The only phrase that keeps popping into my head is "legally habitable conditions", but I'm not sure where I got that from!

Discussion

Wendy Cummings (asker) Aug 29, 2006:
Its possible. There are similar such omissions throughout the text, and the client is apparently away on holiday while I'm trying to decypher their work, which doesn't help!
Tony M Aug 29, 2006:
Well, it certainly looks as if something is missing after ...preneur, but my hunch doesn't seem to tie in with habitue...droit, unless the missing text is NOt confined to ends of lines (maybe in some previous formatting!)
Wendy Cummings (asker) Aug 29, 2006:
That's what i had thought too. Here it is,format reproduced:(// = end of line)

Tony M Aug 29, 2006:
Looks like the ends of lines are missing, could you reporduce the line structure exactly as is to show it up better?

I think this is 'aux conditions habitue[lles de] droit', but I'm not a legal expert!
