français term

AUDIT ACTE

français vers anglais Droit / Brevets Droit : contrat(s) Lease Renewal Contract
I am translating a "Renewal of a Lease Agreement", and the following phrase is found at the beginning.

What has me confused is the "Audit Acte". This has nothing at all to do with an Audit, so I am confused as to how the term "Audit Acte" fits into this phrase (in English).

I would appreciate any ideas you might have. Maybe it is a phrase that was taken from another contract and they forgot to edit it. I don't know.

Here is the context:

PREALABLEMENT AUDIT ACTE, IL EST EXPOSE CE QUI SUIT

Thanks in advance!

if it's a typo for au dit, which I tend to think it is.

agree Charlie Bavington : possibly "aforementioned agreement"? but either way, I think you're right that it's "au dit".
