Good afternoon/evening,
I am back to the humanitarian project for my European customer. I've asked her for over a week for the above term found in context below. The only thing I've found is something to do with cheese; which makes no sense at all in this context;
"Organiser des campagnes de CCC sur les IST/VIH/SIDA (y compris TB/VIH, SR et feminisation du VIH) auprès de 150000 (soit 6000 seances de 25 personnes) de femmes au sein des groupements et coopératives et sèrès (marayeuses, teinturières, couturières, coiffeuses, extraction artisanale d'huile de palme et beure de karité, les marchandes ambulantes des marchés foraines...)"

It's an ecological or eco-system-based community (sing.: sere). The French must have "Frenchised" the word; they're known for doing that...
