EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES SYSTEM

"Ambulance" means any privately or publicly owned ground motor vehicle, watercraft, or aircraft that is specially designed or constructed, equipped pursuant to section 11-72-29 intended to be used for and maintained or operated for the transportation of patients with medical conditions unable to use other means of transportation, except any such ground motor vehicle, watercraft, or aircraft owned or operated under the direct control of the United States.

Without \"ground,\" the word motor modifies vehicle, watercraft and aircraft.

When I originally went to post my translation, I left the word \"ground\" out because so much of what I read used \"motor vehicle\" to refer to motorized land vehicles and I just didn\'t think that it was needed. \"Motor vehicles, aircraft, or watercraft\" seemed to be standard terminology but I thought I would be criticized for leaving the ground or land out so I stuck it in without thinking that it would mess up the grammar.

B. Section V – DEFINITIONS is amended and the following is added:
“Motorsports” means any activity involving a motorized vehicle, watercraft, aircraft, “auto,” or “mobile equipment’.
