I don't think that they get up to all this chez XXXXX, but it's supposed to reflect the life of the jet set - and hence the people who would no doubt frequent this fashion house. The images here are of Faye Dunaway (I think) playing chess, a casino scene (Peter Sellers? + a dolly bird), and a woman wearing historic costume and holding a sort of half-mask to one side of her face with a hole through which she is peering (not much of a disguise). There's another image of some gents peering through binoculars at a race, with a hatted lady whose face is almost totally hidden by a massive white shawl.

The term is just one in that list - I merely separated it onto another line to make it easier to spot.

Is this perhaps to do with bluffing in card games, or perhaps even the name of a card game? For "coup de poker", I have gambling - which fits the casino image. Unfortunately, the captions are not linked to any particular images...

I'd be jolly grateful (and relieved!) if anyone could suggest what this is - many thanks!
