I'm not sure if it's actually ice cubes, or something you apply to your body which has a cooling effect, like this (which can be placed in the fridge to make it even more so): http://www.confidentielles.com/fiche_beaute--soins_gel-glace...
I think I would ask the client for confirmation of exactly what it is. I agree that "detox" is probably better than "hangover". And would you really pay someone else to apply ice cubes? It doesn't sound very enticing.

agree nordiste : Yes, "lendemain de cuite" is really colloquial/slang and means hangover.

detox ice cubes

I would avoid using the word 'hangover' as someone else suggested, as the word is a bit unsavoury for a classy spa joint, innit? Although 'lendemains de cuite' does mean 'the day after you drank too much'.
