lendemains difficiles, lendemains de cuite = hangover
I visualize the icecubes as a "poche de froid" (ice pack)

: Yes, "lendemain de cuite" is really colloquial/slang and means hangover.

I would avoid using the word 'hangover' as someone else suggested, as the word is a bit unsavoury for a classy spa joint, innit? Although 'lendemains de cuite' does mean 'the day after you drank too much'.

I'm being tongue in cheeck with this one but as the French say "pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire compliqué"
Discussion
I think I would ask the client for confirmation of exactly what it is. I agree that "detox" is probably better than "hangover". And would you really pay someone else to apply ice cubes? It doesn't sound very enticing.
