Could you list these as 'conference papers'? There is quite a long list, and only one under 'communication orale', but that also appears to be at a conference, so I assume that could be listed as a lecture...

The poster that is listed under 'communication orale' was probably presented orally in a short talk of less than 5 minutes. The others were displayed at conferences, and people could ask questions about them during the poster session. "Poster sessions" ?

I'm quite surprised you have it in French - many CV writers use the English term in their French CV. One of many results from a search on the two terms:
