French term

BAS DES BOUCLES SURCH

French to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
I'm guessing this stands for: BAS DES BOUCLES SURCHARGE
It's an Excel sheet with lists of work carried out so no context at all. Any ideas?
Proposed translations (English)

It's an Excel sheet with a list of leaks on an industrial boiler system all in note form. I haven't really got anything more than that to go on. It's a total nightmare!!
Nikki Scott-Despaigne Sep 1, 2016:
Hello Jenny, You say no context, but there must be something. Construction/civil engineering is a vast field!
Jenny Cowd (asker) Sep 1, 2016:
I think it may be surchauffeur actually from more text later on
narasimha (X) Sep 1, 2016:
Is it surcharge ou surchargé? Please confirm.

bottom of heater loops

it may be the bottom portion of the loops of heater coils.

The boiler in question seems to be an electrically heated boiler. So what I have mentioned seems to be correct. It means the bottom of the heater loops or the lower portion of heater loops.
