Multiple formats of files are supported by the import utility. Detailed specifications can be defined and any table can be uploaded using the import processor. The export processor uses the query design tool to help determine what data needs to be extracted and the sort order in which the data must be. Once designed the export processor allows the definition to be categorized and exported in many different formats. The Mass change processor allows the user to mass insert records, mass delete them or update the contents of a field. For example if the minimum wage were to increase the mass change processor could find everyone who is active and full time under the minimum wage and mass change their salary to the minimum wage.
