SafeTex Oct 24, 2018:
@all Hello
I've just posted a reference and if "recette" is being used in any way similar to this reference document, then its meaning is far greater in scope that the present suggestions.
This seems to be confirmed by definitions of "full stack" developer who has broad knowledge.
Just my take on things at present

acceptance test(ing) plan

'recette' is often 'acceptance testing or procedure'

Obviously, with complex systems, software, etc. it is necessary to have a horough systematic 'plan' to follow.

My low confidence level simply reflects the fact I am not familiar with this term used in this specific context — there could be a more specialist term in this particualr field.

The reference kindly provided by SafeTex corresponds exactly to the sort of thing I would expect to find in a 'test plan' for 'acceptance testing'. Neither more nor less...
Note from asker:
I think you may be right, Tony M. I saw something similar from a similar term with the language pair Spanish-English.

agree FoundInTrans : This seems to be a deviant of the term "cahier de recette"

Thanks, FIT! In the test house where I used to work, we would often be issued with a 'test plan', either by the customer, or by our own Chief Engineer.
agree Sanjay Kesharwani : 'recette' in computers is 'acceptance testing', so acceptance test/ing plan appears to be correct.

disagree Tony M : Misses out the important 'recette' aspect, which is the key issue here. / Yes, but that's an UPSTREAM spec. — here, it is DOWNSTREAM — almost the end of the project, with any luck!

The template provides sections for including a project overview, specifications and requirements, RESOURCES NEEDS, and more. I don't understand! The plan de recette is part of a job announcement!
