I think the idea is that this app allows the manager to explore a specific portion of the network (or devices on the network), by designating an OID as a starting-point?

RST= reStructuredText, it's similar to HTML but easier to read. Tags are expressed with asterisks and other symbols, like **WALK**. I guess it's not, though.
