order page from a website. All the customers weren´t able to order so we want to put this advice on the webpage to avoid further complaints.

Yes I suppose you can use that as well, what's French for "blocker" though?

agree Richard Benham : I would omit "the" if calling it "anti-popup software", or go with "You must disable your pop-up blocker". The definite article here smells of translation--in particular translation from the French.
