Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Your original reads :
"Inscrite sur l'acte postérieurement à l'établissement du présent extrait."
It basically means that something was entered/noted* on the deed** after the extract in question had been drawn up, thus :
"Noted/entered on the deed after the drawing up of the deed."
It could have something to do with "registered" (entered on a register or roll of some kind). Also, "deed" may not be the right term in context. I don't know what "same certificate" refers to. It's usually a good idea to repeat full context for each post in order to save posters from having to look back. Copy/paste usually does the trick!
