This appears in the ruling on a wrongful dismissal case for an aircraft electronics technician.
The captain of the plane in which the technician was working reported that the technician had left the door of the plane open while he was inside.

I’m assuming it’s the captain's incident report, but can anyone clarify what CSR is?

: I think you are possibly getting misled by the FR word order: don't forget that in EN it would probably be 'Incident CSR'
