When you search Google images "snap cap medicine" it shows boxes with a tab to aid pulling the cap, so an accurate description is "מכסה עם לשונית משיכה" or "מכסה עם לשונית פתיחה", but it's too long and the answer suggested is common for plastic container

Thanks to all! Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the device, so I can only guess. I think the מכסה לחיצה makes sense (thanks Lior for the link), it is also a more common term compared with מכסה נקישה. Again, thanks all for your prompt responses. I appreciate it!

Snap refers to a sound like נקישה; so Tzviya's good suggestion of לחיצה can fit if you know what material the container is made of and that indeed it is לחיץ.
Same goes for Lior's good suggestion of מכסה קפיצי which may fit if indeed there are springs in the cap.

I have seen מכסה נקישה but more in the context of computers.
סגירה בנקישה is a possibility.

It sounds like a plastic cover (like Tupperware) that is flexible enough for repeat use and hermetic containment. Say מכסה קפיצי. By the way I have a few snap caps of the firearm variety, and I don't know what they are called in Hebrew.
