I am looking at the use of 'in situ' as referential to something previously introduced as in, "How will the instruction be carried on? It will be in situ when occasions eventuate."

The latin expression is used, and 'en situ' is not latin.
The expression 'in situ' is used in many languages, as such, for the meaning of 'on location'....
