Danish term

sendes til tælling

Danish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) shareholding dispute
Not sure what this means. Man was dealt a blow by the courts recently, and has only just recovered from that, only to be *sendes til tælling* again.
Could someone please tell me what it means? I'm in a real hurry - document has to be sent by 13.00 GMT.

Does that fit the context? I googled the phrase and it seems to fit with those (there weren't a lot).

Literally means "down for the count", however, in the context listed I suggest "get done"
